It was one of those spring days when everybody was in the mood for something and Howie said "man I wish i was in the mountains right now" with a look of disappointment on his face. Sharon looked him straight in the eyes and said "I wish I was at the beach". Terry and Denise shook their heads and told a story about the great vacation they took several years ago in Las Vegas and how they stuffed themselves at all the buffets. As the afternoon went on they reminisced about good times gone by and after everyone went home they turned on the television and watched the travel channel all evening.

She began a crazy writing campaign that exploded into confusion when everything began to rhyme and there was no stopping it. You know how a cold starts sore throat, congestion, sneezing coughing and fever well it was just like that she was bed ridden. Writing limericks furiously because everything in her room rhymed with something and they found her one day her room like a paper hoarders room stacked to the ceiling and her mind finally empty.

4/15 WT - WTS Pridefully says they can " Guide " JW's past "Armageddon "
by flipper inthis thread is for everybody and everybody is welcome to comment on it .
however i'm going to direct my thoughts and comments in this initial post to lurking jehovah's witnesses who may read on this board and may be sitting on the fence pondering on whether to stay in the jehovah's witnesses organization.
also to newer members who may have joined the board.. in this latest 4/15 wt in the article , " jehovah knows how to deliver his people " it conveys the thought that only the wt society ( through god's help ) will be guiding any jw's through the alleged " armageddon " considered god's war against the wicked.

Praying To Jehovah vs. Praying To Saint Anthony
by minimus ini get a kick out of how after an earnest prayer to jehovah that a missimg thing can be found.
my mom told me she was looking for a certain publication, couldn't find it and earnestly prayed to jehovah god and lo and behold, she found it!!!.
when i told my girlfriend about this miracle, she exclaimed, "it's just like when i pray to saint anthony!

4/15 WT- WTS Doesn't Care about your Happiness- Just JW's Obedience

in this article titled, " maintain a complete heart towards jehovah " ( which should be called ' maintain a complete heart towards the wt society ) - wt society uses a lame illustration of a field laborer desiring family - yet missapplies this to jw's desiring " things of satan's world".. on page 15 it states, " a field laborer is busy plowing.

first of all we had the same thing with the vertigo it was a drag and took awhile to work it's way out but it did and we're fine so hang in there.
The org's article is really strange when you think about it. They keep showing happy paradise pictures enticing people to think about their happiness and nice homes sitting around at picnics laughing and eating and than slap you in the face telling you those things are not right. It can't be wrong now and right later. they're really messing with peoples heads.
